Under my leadership, the Hodges Partnership rebranded for the first time in the agency's 20+ year history, where I oversaw the process from strategy to execution. I set the vision, strategy, and rollout timeline, managed the development and versioning of new brand assets and directed both the internal and external launch.
The rollout generated record-breaking engagement, including a 26,500% increase in reach and 923% increase in interactions on Meta. On Instagram, we achieved a 400% increase in accounts reached and a 200% increase in accounts engaged.
