BLK RVA is an initiative of Richmond Region Tourism aimed at highlighting and celebrating the Black cultural experience in Richmond, VA. To celebrate the microbrand's five year anniversary, the team wanted an upbeat branded video to show at its BLK RVA Community Awards.
